Mécagiry is involved in the manufacturing of industrial molds for various players in the automotive, aeronautics, medical, cosmetics, agri-food and industrial logistics industries.

Our workshop has machine tools (3 or 5 axes) capable of producing 1.4m x 2m models.

Types of molds and models

Manufacturing of molds for metal alloys
The temperature of the casting inside the mold is around 400°C for zinc alloys and can rise up to 1500°C for ferrous alloys. Mécagiry manufactures permanent or non-permanent molds for a wide variety of sectors.

Manufacturing of molds for high pressure foundry
Die casting involves injecting a liquid alloy at high speed into a steel mold installed in a press. These steel molds, also called dies or tools, make it possible to produce complex parts almost ready for use.
