This machine is used for coarse grinding directly with staw, bagasse, reed, wood chips, cotton stalk, maize stalk, wood shavings, sliver, waste of flax, lop wood, and shrub. The machine will grind the material into velour shaped fiber, and can work with high consistency refiner to get high yield mechanical pulp, with the purpose of producing corrugated paper, boxboard and etc. Any chemicals are unnecessary to use in the production of this machine, in order to meet the requirement of protecting environment. To use this equipment before the cooking can increase the ball load, reduce cooking time and the chemicals using (only a quarter of traditional dosage). Moreover, if to soak the material with hot water and add a little chemical without cooking with steam, plus the join hands with high consistency grinder and refiner, finally the high yield chemi-mechanical pulp in different standards can be obtained from the system.
