complete palm oil margarine/butter ghee manufacturers/making machine                               Measuring---Configuration of raw material---Emulsification---Fast cooling---Kneading---Filling                 Oil and Aqueous Phase Tanks   Three 3m3 stainless steel tanks complete with dimpled hot water jacket, insulation with stainless steel cladding, high shear mixers & drives, all nozzles and automatic valves, instrumentations, one centrifugal sanitary pump, CIP spray heads, sanitary pipes and fittings welded to be shipped as a complete module.  All pipes, valves and fittings are of SS316L for corrosion to salt and 35mm dia.   Mixing and Emulsification Tanks   Two 1.5 ~ 2m3 stainless steel tanks complete with dimpled hot water jacket, insulation with stainless steel cladding, high shear mixers & drives, all nozzles and automatic valves, instrumentations, one centrifugal sanitary pump, CIP spray heads, sanitary pipes and fittings welded to be shipped as a complete module.  All pipes, valves and fittings are of SS316L for corrosion to salt and 35mm dia.   Central hot water generating system.   The hot water system shall generate sufficient hot water for the mixing production tanks, pasteuriser etc.  It consists of a small vessel with small volume of water circulating through all heating equipment and is heated by direct steam injection.  All materials are of SS304.   Inline Filter/Strainer system.   Two GAF type inline filter/strainers complete with hand valves, pressure gage and necessary pipes.  The two filters are to be operated one at a time, while the other is serviced for continuous production.  All wetted parts are of SS316L materials.   Pasteurisation System.   The plate heater and cooler shall be a combined type plate heat exchangers of suitable gasket materials and SS316L plates.  The heating and cooling are controlled by PID loops with Spirax Sarco regulation valves.  Flow divert valve to regulate flow either forward to chiller or back to production tanks.  Sufficient length of retention pipe will be provided to meet the local holding time requirements.  All instrumentations, valves and one sanitary centrifugal pump are included, with the exception of cooling tower water.  All wetted materials are of SS316L and 35mm dia pipe.    Nitrogen Injection System.   The nitrogen system consists of a filter, pressure regulator, rotameter flow indicator regulator and an injection head with all necessary hose and fittings.  One sanitary centrifugal pump is also included.   A nitrogen dosing system to dose nitrogen into product from a gas cylinder. The system comprises a gas flow controller and valve for constant pressure and quantity of supplied gas.  A non-return valve and isolating valve are included on the gas line.  A pressure regulator, pressure gauge and safety relief valve are supplied for mounting on the nitrogen cylinder.  The nitrogen cylinder is not supplied.   Positive Piston High Pressure Pump.   The nominal pump capacity is about  1700 li/hr with a maximum pressure of 100 bars.  The piston pump is driven by a reduction gear box, TEFC motor and a variable speed drive.  It is not recommended to run the pump at less than 25Hz.  The pump capacity ranges from 1,000 to 2,000 li/hr.  The unit will be mounted with pressure transmitter for reliability and shock, and a safety relief valve.      Scraped-surface Heat Exchanger                Our chilling unit (A unit) is similar to Votator type of equipment and share many small component. Mechanical seal and scraper blades are typical interchangeable parts. The heat transfer cylinder consists of two pipe in pipe design with inner pipe for product and outer pipe for cooling refrigerant. Each cylinder is jacketed, insulated and cladded with stainless steel for use with direct evaporative refrigerant. Each cylinder features an external surge drum with liquid level control valve, sight glass, safety valve, evaporation pressure regulating valve, electronic pressure transmitter and pressure gage.
Each rotating shaft is concentrically mounted within the cylinder and has 4 rows of floating type scraper blades in a maximum configuration. The shafts are directly driven by individual 10~22 kW geared motors. The TEFC motors drives will be suitably guarded. Each drive is normally connected with a current sensing device mounted in the control panel. The current sensing device will automatically switch off the cooling in case the drive approaches current overload. This feature also protects against freeze-up.                                           Refrigerant Flooded Evaporative Cooling System
The cooling system consists of a liquid refrigerant level controller (Parkers LMC liquid controller), a evaporator pressure regulating valves (Parkers refrigerant valve series), a surge drum, electronic instrumentations, hot gas by-passing if required, freeze protection, safety relieve valve and PID loop temperature control with I/P convertor for automation. The system will be designed for ammonia cooling and liquid refrigerant is supplied by customer’s power plant with adequate suction for return.   PIN WORKER UNIT (C Unit)  55 litres Consisting of a horizontally mounted cylinder assembly on an open frame.  The cylinder is jacketed and fitted with a row of fixed static pins with a concentric shaft carrying pins in a helical arrangement (or 3 rows of rotating pins) which intermesh with the fixed pins.  The shaft is driven by a 7 kW geared motor (mechanical adjustment) with speed controlled by VFD.    Cylinder head inlet and outlet connection size 50mm .  Product volume of cylinder 55 litres.   All product contact parts are of stainless steel (316), external finish dry honed with welds ground;  seal parts, 'O' rings, gaskets and non-drive end bush compatible with product.   Hot water jacket heating and insulated, no shaft heating.   The frame is constructed in stainless steel. Product Pressure Rating  70 bar Jacket Pressure Rating 1.0 bar   Filling Station Bulk box/pail filling station consists of two filling valves and two electronic weigh scales controlled by a PLC computer system.  The box/pail is placed on the scale and filled with product automatically.  Fill will stop when the target weigh is reached automatically.  A touch screen is provided to configure the target fill, gross, tare and net.   One (1) STAINLESS STEEL ELECTRICAL CONTROL CABINET   Comprising a free standing enclosure of stainless steel construction with a mains isolator interlocked with the panel access door. Mounted within the panel will be all contactors, relays, VFD, Siemens S7 200 PLC, 14 inch touch screen control panel together with any specific ancillary equipment necessary to service the turnkey line. The A unit  will incorporate a current sensing device to operate solenoid valves on the refrigeration control system to prevent freezing up and overloading.  Most switches and control buttons are done by touch screen on the front of the cabinet.   Cable entry will be from the bottom, unless otherwise specified.         Scraped-surface heat exchanger
