1. Vertical mould locking / vertical injection moulding, 3-section temperature control, and stepless adjustments for injection pressure / injection speed / back pressure.
2. Reliable automation driven by famous brand cylinder, which pulls the fabric lines, cut the seal tag plastic, and separate the runner automatically.
3. It also has color-stamping function for seal tag plastic logos, for option.
4. Automation instead of manual operation, shortens the cycle time from 22 seconds to 12 seconds, increases the mould cavaties up to 40 pieces as maximum. These greatly improves the production capacity and realizes the automatic production.
