Chondroitin sulfate   Introduction:   Chondroitin sulfateis a kind of acid mucopolysaccharide extracted from animal cartilage. It is composed of chondroitin sulphate A,C and various chondroitin sulphate. Which is widely present in fish,mammalian and bird cartilage. In cartilage chondroitin sulfate bound with protein as glycoprotein and bound with collagen protein.   Character:   Chondroitin sulphate sodium is a white powder, odourless, tasteless, hygroscopicity, freely soluble in water and insoluble in organic solvent such as ethanol,acetone and aether and so on.
