Chemical Rubber Activators Lead Oxide Actmix PbO-80

Composition: 80% Lead oxide, 20% Rubber carrier, Dispersant

Appearance: Light-yellow Granules

Density(20 °C: Approx.3.5g/cm3

PROPERTIES:

Actmix PbO-80GE acts as a vulcanizing activator in CSM and CR rubber.Together with Actmix Pb3O4, Actmix PbO-80GE can be used as an vulcanizing activator of butyl rubber with quinone dioximes. PbO can only be used in black or dark- colored rubber products, since black PbS is formed during vulcanization.

APPLICATION:

Cable compounds, water resistant rubber products; heat resistant CSM rubber.

PAKCAGE & STOARAGE, Shelf-life:

N.W.25kg each carton; N.W.1000kg each pallet.

Stored in a dry and cool place. Away from the directly heat resource or sunlight.

Shelf-life: 2 year in its original packaging.
