Amine catalyst A-1 Catalyst A-1 containing 70% of bis (Dimethyl amino ethyl) ether bis (2-dimethy 1-aminoethy1) ether polyurethane catalysts of high activity .It is widely used in all types of foam production, and especially for applications that require high permeability soft foam structure more difficult to process the foam.   Characteristic   - The strong catalytic effect on water and isocyanate, so as to balance the reaction of  the polyhydric alcohol and the isocyanate .   - A-1 is adjusted to control the bubbles rising and setting times, but it does not affect the tin catalyst operating range.   -Make the whole foam block foam density gradient and compression permanent deformation of model foam plastic to the minimum.    - The catalyst is water-soluble, which is easy to measure.
