Product description
Catalase is a kind of biological enzyme preparation prepared by deep fermentation culture of Aspergillus Niger after microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and vacuum freeze-drying technology. It is mainly used to remove hydrogen peroxide produced or residual in food after sterilization, bleaching and processing.

Conditions of Use:
Effective temperature: 30-40℃; 35-40℃ (most suitable)
Effective pH: 6.0-8.0; 6.5-7.0 (most suitable)
Dosage: the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3%, depending on the type, concentration and reaction conditions of substrate.
