Product description
α-galactosidase (α-gal, EC 3.2.1.22) is an exonuclease that catalyzes the hydrolysis of α-galactosidase. Because of its ability to decompose melitose, also known as melitase, it can catalyze the hydrolysis of α-galactosidase. This feature allows it to be used to improve and eliminate the anti - nutrient content in feed and soy foods.
Conditions of Use:
Effective temperature: 37-55℃; 38-40℃ (most suitable)
Effective pH: 4.5-5.5; 5.0 (most suitable)
Dosage: the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3%, depending on the type, concentration and reaction conditions of substrate.
