  Wet desulfurization  1. Wet type desulfurization   Product introduction Wet type desulfurization uses the absorbing agent NaOH, Ca(OH)2 or Na2CO3 to react with H2S, and translate H2S into sulphur.

  Working principle 1. Alkaline solutions absorb H2S: Na2CO3+H2S==NaHS+NaHCO3 NaHCO3+H2S==NaHS+H2CO3   2. Hydrogen sulfide ion being oxidized into sulphur 2NaHS+O2(888)==2S+2NaOH Note: 888 is a kind of desulfurization catalyst   3. Desulfurization catalyst regenerate [888]R+O2=[888]OX+R   Our advantage 1. The equipment can run continuously in a long term for desulfurization. Using PH value to maintain the desulfurization efficiency, it has low operating costs. 2. The solution regenerates well and the sulfur does not accumulate to block tower. The solution is simple to mix and separate with strong chemical stability and easy to manage and operate.   Dry desulfurization  2. Dry type desulfurization   Product introduction The basic principle of dry type desulfurization is to use O2 react with H2S of the methane gas, and translate H2S into sulphur or sulphur oxides. The technological process is :Biogas→dehydration→desulfurization→ fire resistance→power generation or boiler combustion The dry type desulfurization system is suitable for the low content of hydrogen sulfide, small gas volume and high desulfurization, which best guarantees the extended lifespan of generator and the subsequent equipment.   Working principle 1. Fe2O3 · H2O + 3 H2S = Fe2S3 + 4 H2O (Desulfurization) 2. Fe2S3 + 3/2 O2 + 3 H2O = Fe2O3 · H2O + 2 H2O + 3 S(Regeneration)   Our Advantage 1. The structure is simple, and easy to use. 2.
