1MT0013 Dust explosion-proof motor

Areas at risk of explosion are divided into different zones. The criteria for dividing the area depends on how long the hazardous substance has been present and the probability of occurrence of the hazard. The information and rules for each area classification follow the following standards:
GB 3836.14, IEC/EN 60079-10-1 Suitable for gas environment
GB 12476.3, IEC/EN 60079-10-2 Suitable for dust environment
In addition, classifications are made between different explosion groupings and temperature classes, which are included in the hazard class assessment.
Depending on the classification of each area and the hazards present, the equipment used must meet the minimum protection requirements. The equipment must be used under the required conditions to avoid ignition of the external explosive atmosphere.

Application

The efficiency of this series of products meets the requirements of GB18613-2012 energy efficiency level 2 standard. This series of products adopts Siemens design technology, which has the characteristics of excellent performance, safe and reliable use, low vibration, low noise, etc., and meets environmental protection requirements; its production equipment adopts advanced CNC machine tool equipment, and adopts Siemens advanced insulation structure design and manufacturing process. Beide dust explosion-proof motors can be used in food or feed processing, wood processing, flour processing or storage, as well as in flammable dust places such as metals, chemicals, synthetic resins, agricultural products, various fibers, fuels, etc. For specific types of dust, see "Example of Dust Characteristics", but this motor is not suitable for electrical equipment used in underground coal mines and ground installations in coal mines where gas and/or combustible dust cause danger, nor is it suitable for electrical equipment that does not require oxygen in the atmosphere to burn Explosive dust or pyrophoric substances (eg phosphorous powder).
The explosion-proof performance of Beide dust explosion-proof motor complies with GB 12476.1-2013 "Electrical Equipment for Combustible Dust Environment Part 1: General Requirements" and GB 12476.5-2013 "Electrical Equipment for Combustible Dust Environment Part 5: Shell Protection Type "tD" ", applicable to Zone 21 and Zone 22 in explosive dust environment.
noise
The noise values are measured in a noise chamber according to DIN EN ISO 1680. The surface sound pressure level noise Lpfa is calculated in dB (A). The spatial average of the sound pressure level noise is measured on its measurement surface. The measurement surface is the measurement envelope surface 1 meter away from the motor. Sound power level noise is expressed in LWA in dB(A). The noise value is shown in the selection data sheet. The noise value in the selection data sheet is only applicable to fully enclosed self-fan cooling (cooling method: IC411). The noise tolerance is +3 dB when the motor is running with no load on 50 Hz mains. Noise tolerance is approximately +4 dB when operating at no load on a 60 Hz supply.
Vibration
All motor rotors are dynamically balanced to a Class A (standard) vibration class using half keys. The effective value of the vibration speed measured when the motor is no-load does not exceed the value listed in class A in the following table. Motors are also available with a B-class vibration level design.
