3. Coolant level: Whether the radiator and inter-cooler core electricity is blocked. To

5. Check every 50 hours. To

6. Battery and liquid level: Eliminate water leakage, fuel leakage and engine oil leakage. To

7. Every 250-300 hours: replace the engine oil, replace the oil filter and the bypass oil filter, replace the fuel filter, drain the fuel tank oil when necessary, and tighten the triangle tape. 

8. Check whether the core power of the radiator and the air-cooled inter-cooler is blocked and whether it needs to be cleaned. Check that the air pipe and its hose joints should be free of broken parts and tighten the clamps. Check the oil inlet and return points of the booster. There should be no leakage.

9. Every 1200 hours, ask professionals to check and adjust the valve clearance. Before the inspection and adjustment, the engine should be stopped and in a cold state. Every 2400 hours, professionals should be asked to dismantle and inspect and adjust the injector, and the professional will check the turbocharger. The working conditions of the engine and generator are routinely inspected. The coolant filter is replaced every 6 months, and the cooler is cleaned and the coolant is replaced every year.
