Product Standard: 1.Fiber Reinforced Resin Matrix composite core according to GB / T29324-2012 standard production. 2.Soft Aluminium Profiles for overhead conductors are produced according to GB / T29325-2012 standard. 3.fibre-reinforced resin-based composite core soft aluminium wire strands are produced according to Q / HKL06-2014 standard. Production Usage: this product is widely used in the old line capacity enhancement transformation, the new line construction, the power station bus, and may be used in the large span, the big drop, the high pollution, the heavy ice area and so on special climate and the geographical situation line, product Properties: 1.Good Heat Resistance: Carbon Fiber composite core conductor at 120 °C and above effective operation. 2.High Strength: The tensile strength of the carbon fiber composite core can reach over 2100MPA; 3.high conductivity: The conductivity of the outer aluminum wire can reach over 63% IACS, but the ordinary wire only has 61% IACS; 4.low sag: When the operating temperature of the wire reaches over 80 °C, the SAG of conductor is no longer changed;
