Because the plates of the welded plate heat exchanger are all welded connections, the material properties of the welded plate heat exchanger are better than those of the ordinary plate heat exchanger. Brazing material of brazed plate heat exchanger is copper, copper melting point at about 1083℃, while stainless steel at 1539℃.
