1) The machine must only be lifted using suitable equipment in accordance with the applicable safety regulations. Loose or pivoting parts must be securely fastened before lifting. Lifting acceleration and deceleration must be kept within safe limits. 2) Our compressor must be installed in a cool, clean, well-ventilated room, in order to ensure the clean inlet air. Care must be taken to minimize the entry of moisture at the inlet air. 3) The inlet air must be free of flammable fumes, vapors and particles that can lead to internal fire or explosion. Inlet air must also be free from corrosive vapors to avoid internal corrosion of the compressor. 4) The removal of waste oil of the compressor must comply with local environmental regulations. 5) Cooling water of water-cooled machine should meet the following requirements:
          1.Water hardness level should less than 100ppm CaCO 3 (100mg/l)
          2.PH value range between 6 and 8
          3.Suspended solid is less than 50ppm (50mg/l).
Cooling water of bad quality will reduce the cooling capacity of the coolers and can lead to cooler failure. 6) This series of machines use 50 Hz three-phase AC power. Internal control voltage is 380V 50 Hz three-phase AC power. Reliable grounding must be foreseen. High-voltage installations must comply with local laws and regulations. 7) Before start-up of compressor, please read chapter “operation and use”.
