We have a very huge production capability to dozen of millions every month. Also we provided prototyping service with very small quantity batch to support customers' special requirement or R&D program.

We use press process to manufacturer cooker ignition needle via automatic machines so that it can make the products consistency very well every batch, also we use automatic spraying glazing machine to finish glaze process so that the glazed can distributed very evenly on surface.

Spark plug insulator is normaly made of 95% alumina oxide ceramics.  It can be withstand high voltage up to 18KV, high currency and high temperature up to 1600℃.
