What is the cutting speed for copper?
v=200-450 mm per minute, feed 0.1-0.25 per tooth.
Because copper parts are easier to process, their cutting parameters are correspondingly higher.
If it is rough machining, then its cutting speed v=200-300 mm per minute, feed 0.2-0.25 per tooth;
If it is finishing, then its cutting speed is v=0.1-0.15 per tooth. This depends on the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of the workpiece.
