Applicable scope:

The livestock have different particle size requirements in different growth stages. The crumbler is a special-purpose equipment to crumble big pellets into small pellets. If the pellet mill suppress into small particles directly, the result is low capacity and high energy consumption. While using the pellet mill suppress into big particles and then using the crumbler suppress into small particles, it can maintain high capacity and low energy consumption. Though increase the power consumption, compared to the suppress into small particles directly, the capacity increase 3-4 times and the energy consumption reduce by 2-3 times. So it is indispensable equipment in the pelleting system.

Operation Specification:

1. Routine check regularly before starting up, confirm whether the bolts and gearing at each connection are in good condition or not;

2. When crumbling, adjust the gap between two rolls, make the pitch consistent;

3. Adjust the feeding door according to the feeding quantity. Feeding uniformly, avoid clogging;

4. If the tooth of rolls are abrasion, it can be repaired by wire drawing. Can be used repeatedly.
