TC-GS-15/0.4 Pre-installed cabinet type transformer Substation (American) absorbs foreign advanced technology. TC-GS-15/0.4 has a small volume, easy installation and maintenance, low noise, low loss, anti-theft, overload capacity, full protection and so on.  It is applicable to new communities, green belts, parks, stations, hotels, construction sites, airports and other places.  

ZMGF is used in 10kV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply system as phase protection device for substation, metering and compensation control.

• Conditions of use  

1. Maximum altitude at site 1000m;    

2. Ambient temperature: -35°C~+40°C;  

3. Relative humidity: the daily average is less than 95%, the monthly average is less than 90%;  

4. Installation place: no fire, explosion danger, chemical corrosive gas and well-ventilated place, the ground Angle is less than 3°.  

• Functions and features  

1. Fully insulated, fully sealed, maintenance free and reliable to ensure personal safety;  

2. The structure is tight. The volume is only 1 / 3 ~ 1 / 5 of the same capacity. Lower height;  

3. The box type structure can be adopted to avoid oil pollution in the transformer oil tank;

4. The high-voltage side adopts double fuse all-round protection, which greatly reduces the cost;

5. It can be used for ring network or terminal; The cable head can be plugged in and out urgently when the load current is 200A;

6. The box body adopts honeycomb double sandwich composite plate, which has the function of temperature insulation and heat dissipation;

7. An electronic phase loss protector is installed at the low-voltage side, which can quickly disconnect the main incoming switch when there is an incorrect voltage in the system;

8. The oil immersed load switch or SF6 load switch on the high voltage side can be upgraded electrically, laying a foundation for the realization of distribution network automation;

9. Oil immersed S9 or better S11 series transformer is adopted.
