Producing equipment: We own three 5t/h furnace cupolas, and one set 1.5t electric furnace imported from inductotherm corp. U. S. A, and 120 sets of machining equipment, in which 60 sets are CNC lathes; We also own some advanced equipments such as: One set of 'koyo' fully automatic vertical molding line from Japan.
Inspection equipment: One set of foundry spectrovac fsq spectrometer from u. S. A. The physics test, chemistry analysis, metallography analysis, spectrum analysis and dynamic equilibrium test can keep the quality of discs and drums being in the advanced level in China.
