Agaricus Blazei is advantageous as a food and in medicinal use, with plenty of protein, amino acids and polysaccharides. The main ingredients of Agaricus Blazei Murill are polysaccharide and steroid. The beta-glucan of Agaricus Blazei Murill is antitumor and can restrain the tumor cells. The Agaricus blazei Murill amlose extracted with hot water has a powerful anti-cancer action and can decrease blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterin, and it can make spleen and kidney healthy and improve arteriosclerotic.
