  AAC CONCRETE PRODUCTION LINE                     1.Ready Slurry 2.Mixing 3.Mould Pouring 4.Precuring 5.Turning 6.Demoulding 7&8.Vertical Cutting 9.Lateral Cutting 10.Hanging Block on Trolley 11.Entering Autoclave 12.Steaming 13.Leaving Autoclave 14.Stacking blocks 15.Loading on Truck 16.Plate Returning 17.Plate and Mould Assembling   AAC PRODUCTION LINE                    PRODUCTION PROCESS OF AAC PRODUCTION LINE   Product Description     1. Raw materials Preparation and storage At first,the fly ash will be made into a certain concentration slurry and stored within the slurry storage tank, the massive lime in the raw materials shed will be shoveled into the jaw crusher for crushing by loader and then all the processed lime will be delivered to the Lime silo.   2. Ingredients batching,Mixing,Pouring The fly ash slurry will be measured by the electronic scale on the Batching building,cement and lime will be sent to Batching building for accurate measuring by screw conveyor,then sent to casting mixer ,and meanwhile put the Aluminium power into the Aluminium tank,so after a few minutes mixing of the powder,slurry and aluminum powder,the concrete slurry for making AAC Blocks will be ready and pours down to the mould box by the baiting arm.All the measurement of the raw materials is controlled by Siemens PLC control system.   3. Static stop and Original curing The ready slurry will be delivered to the specific track by the Mould carrier and then pulled by the winch machine to the curing room for curing 2 to 3 hours constant temperature.Then we got the big block.    4.Cutting and grouping After the original curing,the big block in the mould box reach the cutting strength,the mould box will be delivered to the cutting machine by the Crane turning machine and the mould box will be turned over 90 angle,placed on the Steam cart.   Then the mechanical arm on the crane turning machine will open the mould box automatically,demould and the big block with the side plate will stand on the first one Frequency conversion cutting cart.The crane turning machine will group the mould box and the side plate recycled for next pouring.First of all,the first frequency conversion cutting cart pass through the Vertical cutting machine for vertical cutting,then pass through the Level cutting machine for level cutting.Finally the block will be grouping on the steam carts before the Autoclaves.   5. Autoclaving and finished products The block will be sent to the autoclaves for 8 to 10 hours autoclaved curing and pulled out by the winch machine after autoclave.Then deliver the finished product to the yard.   EQUIPMENTS THAT NEED TO BUY LOCALLY
