4063712 Flameout Solenoid Valve

Komatsu excavator stall reason:

1. The low-pressure oil circuit may be blocked, which is relatively rare.

2. The diesel pump is faulty, due to the insufficient supply of diesel, there may be a situation of starting out of oil, so it will stall.

3. The oil supply system has air entering, which causes flameout. This can be solved by finding where to be discouraged, and it is not difficult to deal with.

4. The flame-out solenoid valve is faulty

Scientifically speaking, when the coil is kept infinite, a magnetic field cannot be generated after the power supply is connected, so that the solenoid valve cannot be in the holding state. Causes the flameout immediately after start-up. After replacing the new flame-out solenoid valve and slow burn insurance, it works normally.
