2020 high quality non woven machine

The embossing pattern of high quality non woven machine is negotiable. It can be diamond or sesamoid or customizable. The GSM of composite non woven fabric produced by SMS composite nonwoven line series is 15-80 g/㎡. Thus, this type of nonwoven machine cannot produce higher GSM nonwoven fabric. Depending on requirements of nonwoven fabric, customer can choose different types of non woven product line. 

The SMS polypropylene automatic nonwoven machine consists of two spunbond dies and one meltblown die , extruding machine, melt filter, measuring pump, refrigerator, winding machine and so on. These main components of the SMS nonwoven machine are manufactured by professional factory in Changzhou, Shanghai or Wuhan. Also, the rest part of the SMS composite nonwoven fabric line is manufactured by our selves since our company has a large number of professional engineers and technicians.

The technical process of nonwoven fabric product line:

Recycling raw material + side material-melting and extruding-filtering-measuring-filtering-spinning-cooling-air dragging-air dispersing-air-laid web forming--cooling-winding-slitting-product packing-entering into warehouse-conducting sales.

Production capacity and energy consumption:

For product which product weight is 30g/㎡, width is 1.6m, the capacity is around 6000 KG/day;

For product which product weight is 60g/㎡, width is 1.6m, the capacity is around 8000 KG/day.

SMS power consumption is around 500 KVH/ton-800 KVH/ton, and real energy consumption is decided by specifications of the product.
