Product Description PPS belt conveyor is widely applied in industry of power, steel, port, archaeological excavation, cement, food and feeder processing to convey bulk materials of high gravity such as coal, mine ores, mud, chemical raw material, crops. It is suitable for poor production environment since it attains the features such as stain resistance, wear resistance and dust proofness. Multilayer rubber belt is applied for conveyor belt and the belt width is in accordance with national mechanical design code: 500MM/650MM/800MM/1000MM/1200MM/1400MM The belt on working surface is supported by groove type roller carriage, which is composed of three cylinders. The returning belt is supported by flat carriage. Groove type belt conveyor is equipped with groove profile to prevent the belt running away, parallel self-aligning roller, spring cleanser and non-loaded cleanser. Groove type belt conveyor can achieve lifting and conveying at 25 degrees. The bracket is made of groove steel and angle steel in accordance with GB.
