Product description
201 and 304 are both austenitic stainless steel grades that offer excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and formability. The main difference between them is their composition. 201 stainless steel contains a higher amount of manganese and nitrogen, which makes it less expensive and less corrosion-resistant than 304 stainless steel. On the other hand, 304 stainless steel contains more chromium and nickel, which gives it better corrosion resistance and durability.
Bright polished stainless steel pipes are finished with a high-gloss surface that provides a mirror-like appearance. This finish is achieved by polishing the surface of the pipe with abrasives of increasing fineness until a bright, smooth surface is obtained.
