Monk fruit extract is light yellow powder to brown extract. Extremely sweet, 240 times sweeter than sucrose, with a sweetness close to granulate sugar and a slightly liquorice aftertaste. The melting point of high purity grogroside was 197 ~ 201℃. Soluble in water and ethanol.
