Generator performance test procedure
1. Generator performance test first need to collect the required test data. The collected data includes generator voltage, generator current, battery voltage, battery current, electronic load current, charge indicator current, generator speed and various trip switch status. 

2. Data acquisition through the external sensor, amplifier, isolator, data acquisition card together to complete, including the switch signal and analog signal. The collected data is analyzed by computer analysis to determine the current operating state of the generator.
3. Then decide whether to adjust the generator operating state to ensure that the generator is running under set conditions. Once the generator reaches the set condition, the computer judges the relevant data collected at this time to determine whether the generator performance is acceptable. Finally, the test results are marked and saved.
