ZYD series double-stage transformer oil purifier is specially designed for improving oil's dielectric strength and making sure electric equipments working safely and normally. ZYD machine equipped with double-stage vacuum system, it can quickly and effectively remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from unqualified insulating oil. ZYD transformer oil purifier is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil.

The ZYD machine adopts advanced technology, the final treated oil can achieve:

Water content less than 3ppm

Particles size less than 1 micrometer

The temperature will be 20 to 80C. this temperature can protect the quality of transformer oil.

So the machine can treat the high-grade transformer oil or the new oils.

It can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work onsite. Also, ZYD transformer oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.
