  Vibrating feeder introduction:
Vibrating feeder machine is the latest type of super short linear vibrating feeder,designed specially for feeding large lump of materials evenly before the primary crusher(such as jaw crusher) and sreening station.This series is various in models,solid in construction,impact-proof and reliable in operation.It can not only assure constant and even feeding,but also can screen the feeding materials,which can make the system more economic and rational.It is an indispensable equipment in the screening & crushing production line. ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder adopts the vibrating motor to produce vibration force. It is used to feed materials into primary crusher evenly, and meanwhile because of the grit-shaped screen, it can screen away soil contained in the raw material, and increase the capacity of primary crushing. It is suitable to feed material into primary crusher in hydroelectric field, building material and mining industry.       Vibrating Feeder Features and Benefits:

Working principle of Vibrating Feeder:   ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder is composed of feeding channel, exciter, spring support, and gear. vibration exciter is the source of the feeder. Vibrating exciter is composed of two sets of eccentric (drive shaft and driven shaft)and gear wheel. Drive shaft with motor though V-belt, then the upper gear on drive shaft running with driven shaft, drive and driven shaft reverse rotation at the same time, channel vibrating, so material flow contiously and get the purpose of conveying materials.      Main Technical Parameters of Vibrating Feeder:
