ZQ11 Steel Plate Trapezium Cutting Machine   Use:
This machine used for cutting steel plates especially long sheets. Easy to operate. Shearing length can be adjustable with high efficiency. Press the sheets onto the walking device under hydraulic cylinder, shear under the rolling blades, the sheets will be walked and to be cut. When press the sheets, put the sheets diagonally according to request size, it can cut conical sheets. Therefore, this machine used for light pole, flag pole, signal pole, Car, structure workshop, tank, metal structure, ship, hardware, building and so on.   Features: 1. Rolling blades installed onto main axis, power will be transfered through reducer. Without noise, easy to operate. Blades will be rolled at the same time. The materials of blades are 6crwzsi. With high strength, good mechanical character and long life.   2. Walking device depend on roller. Transition wheels are walking on rails. Motor drive by reducer. Operate steadily, transition is reliable. Speed and blades are compatible and adjustable. Many hydraulic cylinders press the sheets onto the walking device to ensure the cutting size.   3. Walking device adopt thick steel plates welded. Seperate structure to ensure the transportation and installation can be lengthened or shortened according to request.   4. Feeding device is simple and with 4-5 backguages. Hydraulic cylinders control feeding and discharging can change cutting sheets thickness. Trapezoidal plate has no marking. Shear directly. Lower intensity, easy to operate.   5. On electrical design, roll shear head and walking device control seperately, speed adjusting freely.
