    Product Description     ZP31E Double Layer Rotary Tablet Press is double-pressing type, outputting tablets from both sides, nonstandard tooling, can compress granular raw material into big round tablets and various shaped tablets.   Features:   1.It has double-pressing function (pre-pressing and main-pressing), so the tablet quality can get improved. 2.Hand wheel with digital display is accurate and flexible and simplify the tableting process. 3.Utilizing the variable frequency stepless speed control device, it’s easy to operate and safe and reliable. 4.Equipped with overload protection device, the machine can shut down automatically when the overpressure happens. 5.The enclosing shield is fully enclosed of stainless steel; the contacting material parts of the internal machine adopt stainless steel or surface treatment. 6.All sides of pressing chamber have installed organic transparent glass, which can be fully open, so it’s prone to clean and maintain. Additionally, it is equipped with secure light in the chamber press room. 7. The turret surface is specially treated and can prevent cross-contamination. 8. Double color tablet can be made according to the client’s requirement.   Upgrade Version       Adopt the PLC control and touch screen can indicate turret rotation speed batch number, production time, impeller speed of forced feeding, production name and can set system pressure, filling depth, pre pressure, main pressure, and capacity.   It also can display instant pressure and set average pressure and ejecting force of every punch. This machine has an emergency stop, overload protection and can record and display overpressure fault content.
