      Product Description   Type:  ZJ Slurry Pump       Test run of pumps:   1.Before starting of pump we must turn the impeller around in the stated direction in order that whether running is flexible. 2.Switch on shaft seal water. Adjust pressure up to specified value. 3.Suction valves are opened completely. 4.Open water-flooding valves to pour the water into pump. 5.Open the outlet valves and adjust the opening degree of valve gate to quarter.   6.Start the pump units. We turn on piezometer on discharge pipeline after speed of rotation was stable.   7.If pressure of discharge pipeline was stable, we can open discharge valves slowly up to required working conditions.    Slurry Pump Spares   Structure Single stage, single suction, overhang shaft, centrifugal, double-casing horizontal pump, Wet ends are made of abrasive resistant hard metal or rubber.   Base- High strengthened base is connected with Frame Plate by bolts; The Adjusting Bolt under the Bearing Assembly realize easy adjustment to impeller clearance.   Bearing Assembly: -High rigidity shaft to handle heavy duty work condition; -Cartridge bearing assembly jointed with base by bolts; -Grease Lube bearings fitted in sealed bearing housing, the two labyrinth on both ends prevent the grease from contamination.   Shaft Sleeve - Clearance fit between solid solution treated stainless steel shaft sleeve and shaft as well as the O-rings on both ends prevent the shaft from abrasion and erosion.   Casing - Made of Gray Iron or Ductile Iron, Ribs help casing to stand high pressure.   Impeller - Pump out vanes on both shrouds reduces recirculation and seal pressure.   Wet Ends - Impellers, liners, volutes made of High-Chrome alloy or rubber, both materials are interchangeable.              Service   Pump, the impeller and the static and dynamic balance, we do bearing test, rotor test use test noise, vibration, shaft, pump pressure test.We strictly according to the standard.     FAQ 1.Are you a trading company or manufacture?
