Crowned stretch roll: adopt “pulling flat board” device to eliminate the corrugated phenomenon in the course of sending materials of adhesive tapes. 2. centralized control panel for easy operation. Control operation speed by variable frequency and variable speed. 3. three-step length setting provides extremely smooth rewinding operations to give accurate rewinding length. 4. Automatic four-shaft exchange is adopted. Once rewinding operation is completed, the machine will automatically perform shaft changes. 5. Pneumatic braking is to control the unwind tension.   YU-200 Small rewinder machine   Application field: This unit is designed for rewinding poorly tension rolls onto new cores to maintain product consistency and eliminate waste. Feature:  1. This model designed for winding rough and defective rolls again to various sizes, it        will save  materials and decreasing production loss.  2. It only need to adjust the position of guide roller while different sizes, then it will       guide rough roll automatically and make a perfect winding on the new core.  3. Rewind tension is controlled by manual type spring, which is adjustable on different        requests.  4. Equipped with rewind length counter, it will stop the machine automatically till       reaching present length.
