Ydfm-1750 Leather Embossing Machine

VDFM-1750 leather embossing machine (Laminating machine)is well designed and developed up on the needs of leather processing market for the lamination and embossing of leather surface. And it also suits paper lamination. The max width for embossing and lamination reaches 1600mm. It is equipped with manual oil pump to provide big and stable pressure, and big power of quartz heating tubes for quick temperature rise and high-accuracy of temperature control. The conveyer belt can adopt woolen blanket, silicon belt, common rubber belt upon requests. The machine is an excellent choice with high cost performance for leather embossing and lamination.

APPLICATIONS:

3, Heating method: Electric tube heater with quick temperature rise and excellent performance to temperature control.
4, Pressuring method: Manual hydraulic system provides big pressure for embossing, and pressure is adjustable upon applications.
5, Film release spindle and film winding spindle are equipped. And release speed and winding speed are adjustable upon requests.
