Usage of XPS/Polystyrene Construction foam panel production line  :

lFor heat preservation of steel construction workshop, iron sheet hose and colored ripple tile

lFor making up the heat insulation board in the refrigeration storehouse for cold preservation and waterproofing

lFor laying the bedding under the road bed of the highway for buffering and controlling the frost heaving of the ground

XPS Product introduction :
  1. Excellent durable insulation performance and the coefficient of thermal conductivity can be up to 0.028-0.030W/(m.k).
 
2.Higher compressive strength, and the surface compress strength will be 200-500Kpa .
   
3. Extremely low water absorption rate . The bibulous rate is less than 1% when you soak the panel into 23℃ water for 96 hours .
 
4. Perfect dimensional stability. The size of the deformation rate is less than 2% under 70℃constant temperature for about 48 hours .
