Xinyu carton box flexo ink printing machine     Product Description   Die-cutting unit:   1.It moves axial automatically. 2.Soft cut roller adopts Taiwan MAXDURE rubber cover. 3.It adopts with soft cut roller abrade repair equipment automatically. 4.It has the function of up and down die-cutting roller repair track compensation. 5.The slotting corner cutting department is specially designed to ensure long life. 6.Down blade cushion adopts import cushion, bottom axle can go up and down by pneumatic to lower the damage to cushion. 7.Down axle adopts left and right movement automatically. It exchanges position automatically to avoid repeat of cutting, thus ensuring long life of cushion. 8.Up blade adopt import famous brand and it is designed in fixture to make it convenient and long life.   Machine function and features:   1. Semi-automatic chain feeding, bilateral fix position to make sure paper feeding printing presion right. 2. CAD module design can combine with each other, one, double and multi printing units.
3. Each unit divides and connects by electric. Pneumatic-lock and pneumatic relax. It equips with alarming bells and alarming lights to ensure the safety.
4. When the machine stops, roller divides with the printing edition by itself to lower damage to printing edition surface. 5. Self-absorption ink supplying device can control the roller to supply ink to make sure the main machine is not dry.
6. All driving rollers and axles are accurate grinding and processed with hard chromium plating. 7. Printing edition roller adopts hanging edition device. Axle body adjusts fast to ensure the presion and lower labor. 8. Edition roller department adopts phase 360 adjustment. It indicates the data. Slotting unit uses electric adjustment. 9. It has self-counter device and it can control the production quantity. 10.
