XINYOU High configuration wax pharmaceutical homogenizer   Usage: XINYOU High configuration wax pharmaceutical homogenizer   is specially designed by introducing foreign updated technology and on the basis of ointment-making technics or cosmetic processing. It is composed of pretreatment boiler, vacuum emulsifying mixer boiler, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, tilting system, and electric control system, etc. The quality of emulsifying depends on dispersing of the granular on the preparation stage. The smaller the granular is, the weaker the trend of accumulation to the surface becomes, thus the smaller the opportunity for the emulsifying to be broken. Relying on mixing of reversed impeller,under the condition of homogenizing turbine and vacuum status, you can get the high-quality effect of emulsifying and mixing.     Working Process: XINYOU High configuration wax pharmaceutical homogenizer    materials are heated and mixed in water pot and oil pot to be fully reacted. Sucked into emulsifying pot by vacuum pump, the materials are stirred by both the center blade and side scraper, which works on the wall. In the process of blade-stirring, the materials are continuously crushed, pressed, folded. Then,the materials are sent to the cut-off mixing until where they are finally crushed into small pellets of 200μm~2μm. The whole process including vacuum material suction and vacuum defoaming can be completed under the vacuum status without cellular contamination, and thus, prolonging shelf life of products. Beautiful and decent appearance, which adopts special polishing technology so that it is shining like a mirror, displaying luxurious character.
