WPC Shuttering Board

WPC Shuttering Sheet is our new product which is especially for construction shuttering use. It has mirror-like surface, and its strength, hardness, impact resistance and anti-UV characteristics are much improved by adding extra elements such as impact resistance agent, anti-wearable agent, anti-UV agent, etc.
KS-WPC Shuttering sheet could also be used as basic flooring material, as it has great hardness, strength and waterproof characteristics, no matter for indoor or outdoor uses, no matter for garden or sport field, it is a new and good choice to use KS-WPC shuttering sheet.
Main Characteristics:
1. Environmental Friendly: KS-WPC does not have any benzene and the formaldehyde discharge.
2. Energy Saving: Because KS-WPC is made from the waste lumber, so we can get hige-usage of the lumber. However, in the physical characteristics, it has a low thermal conductivity as the lumber, which means it can prevent heat in summer and keep heat in winter.
3. Waterproof, wet proof, corrosion protection, shape keeping: KS-WPC can solve the problem that the wood may cause, such as corrosion in moisture environment, explosion, cracking, shape changing.
4. Weather-resistance: It can stand the temperature between -30º C to +70º C, non-deformation, aging-resistant.
5. Fire retardant: KS-WPC can automatically extinguish by itself and meet the standard of GB/B1.
6. Good mechanical performance: KS-WPC can be cut, hammered, drilled, sawed, turned and glued. Suitable for thermoforming.
7. Borer proof: KS-WPC can get rid of insect.
8. Perfect chemical resistance, good resistance to light, UV & weathering.
9. KS-WPC Shuttering Sheet: An entire 1220*2440*15mm sheet dropped from 12m high place, no break, nor shapeless.

6. KS-WPC Shuttering sheet: As its surface is mirror-like smooth, it is good as construction shuttering board. It does not need release agent, and it could be circled used more than 50 times. The surface of the concrete wall is flat and smooth, which does not need to be painted again, so the cost by using WPC shuttering sheet is lower than plywood.
