All-aluminum kiln housing is composed of AL panels, insulation layers, columns and trusses, inner covering is aluminum panel, outer covering is aluminum panel too. Insulation layer is made of fiber glass. The material of column and truss is special shaped aluminum.
To meet the cold climate in Russia, the thickness of the kiln roof is up to 250mm which can withstand the snow load of 300~400kg/m^2, the thickness of the kiln walls is 150mm, which can guarantee the normal operation during the temperature of -30~ -50 degree Celsius.
