WIRE HARNESS CABLE FOR AUTO FREEZER

This auto cable harnesses special customzied for automobile freezer system. The complete wire assemblies covered with PVC tube for protection. The raw power cable designed with H05VV-F 1.5mm X 3C. To make it by fool-proofing during assembling at customer side, the connectors customized to be green, black, and white three color. Connectors are local equivalent type.

Considering to follow IPC 620 to crimp the terminal, we try to strip longer size,  add shrink tube to replace the jacket. then crimped several pcs of wires together. The pulling force are also ok with good apperance looking. To make sure it's strong enough by cable pulling, we also add one clip tie at the back side of terminal as below pic.

Crimped terminal can be analized by section-analysis machine as below photo.
