Construnction Tools
Epoxy Self-leveling Coating: The self-leveling top coating will use the trowel.
Epoxy Flat Coating: The flat coating top coating will use the scraper.
Construction Steps
Base surface treatment
Grinding concrete floor, mend and clean the dust.
Grinding the concrete floor by the ground attritor.The large grinding machine can not hit the place or can not hit off the oil and other places where you can use hand grinding machine grinding,Please pay attention to using special grinding wheel.
Epoxy Primary Coating
Put DADAO epoxy primary coating component A and B into the mixing barrel in certain proportion (3:1) and stir well evenly.
Applying by roll coating or scrape coating (Roll by prepared rollers, roll evenly, without leakage coating) The wall, machine feet, or other places where apply brushing coating.
Mending
Mending the hollowing crack( put epoxy intermediate coating DD-1021 component A and B into the mixing barrel in certain proportion (4:1) and stir well evenly.And then please mix the quartz sand(the 80-100 mesh quartz sand occupies 50% and more you can add more by your workers) but please thicken the concentration and stir well evenly.
Epoxy mortar
Please put epoxy intermediate coating DD-1021component A and B into the mixing barrel in certain proportion (4:1) and stir well evenly.And then please mix the quartz sand(the 80-100 mesh quartz sand occupies 30%-50%)and stir well evenly.And please use the mixture to scrape one time in order to repair damaged and uneven areas. so that can keep the whole base surface in a better level.
Polish Epoxy mortar and Clean the floor
The ground is dry after 12 hours and then grinding the repaired layer epoxy mortar.
Please completely remove all dust, sand, etc., after cleaning is strictly prohibited personnel to enter.
Epoxy putty
Epoxy putty one time: Please put epoxy intermediate coating Dadao DD-1021
component A and B into the mixing barrel in certain proportion (4:1) and stir well evenly and also please mix quartz powder. (the quartz powder occupies 30%--50%)and stir well evenly. Please use the mixture to scrape one time.
Epoxy flat top coating
Mixture:Please put the epoxy flat top coating Dadao DD-1031 component A and B into the mixing barrel in certain proportion (4:1) and stir well evenly.
you can use the flat epoxy top coating to scrape one time with flat knife for a thin layer that can sealing and leveling function.
The sealing layer is completely solidified,and then roll the flat epoxy top coating one time by prepared rollers, roll evenly without leakage coating.
