KS-BOND®CA510E   APPLICATIONS CA510E, water and solvent and low temperature resistance, is designed to pave brick. Owing to recipes particularity, CA510E has its excelled pressure sensitiveness and good cohesion and stable application.   PARAMETERS:

    USAGE: 1.Substrate treatment: Substrates must be clean, flat and its surface must be burly and not easy to peel. Rubbing treatment is indispensable sometimes. 2.Spilling: Besmearing equably it with drawknife after CA510E is spilled on the substrates. Then, open assembly time is 5 minutes to 20 minutes (open assembly time according to air temperature and water absorption rate) and handing power is 8m2/kg (idiographic usage changes with the level ground). 3.Plastering: Mopping up lightly and pressing PVC brick after it is plastered, and then beating it properly around with rubber sinker. Notice items: 1.      Do not plaster the PVC brick on the level ground until CA510E is aired to be transparent if substrates dont absorb water, or CA510E is hard to cure. Please wash the implements immediately after finishing working.   Safety items: 1.      CA510E is an aqueous, poisonless, nonflammable product, but construction location shall be ventilation. Not easy to wash it after CA510E cured, so please wear safe glove when working.
