Product Description There are three sections in wheat flour mill grinding machine plant  

1. cleaning part to clean out the middle and small impurity from wheat. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, wheat was bitten by insect and so on.Includes beating,  screening,destoner,magnetic separator  and dampening. This section is make the wheat to prepare for millling part and to protect the machinery as well.	2. milling part Include severial mills and sifters to mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran. (1) Mill: mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving (2) Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to enssure flour quality.	3. Packing part. One set Full-Auto Weight& Packing machine for 25-50 kg / bag, one set Manual Type for small packages .

Machine Structure Structures for single machine are as follows:    (1) Trommel screen/rotary screen It consists of a perforated cylindrical drum which is normally elevated at an angle at the feed end. Physical size separation is achieved as the feed material spirals down the rotating drum, where the undersized material smaller than the screen apertures passes through the screen, while the oversized material exits at the other end of the drum.       (2)
Plane revolving sifter/gyratory screen separators Finer particle size (>40μm) are able to be separated with the gyratory separator than with a trommel screen. The size of the gyratory screen separator can be adjusted through removable trays whereas the trommel screen is usually fixated.     (3)
Destoner A destoner is a machine that removes stones and clods from grain material so that they are free from grain. They remove stone using a series of webs (2~5 webs). Under the bump function, the grain stay on the web and move down along the web, while the clay move reverse direction and fall into a trench.   (4)
 High-intensity magnetic separator The machine is employed in the cleaning of free-flowing bulk materials for the removal of metal particles such as nails, wire, screws etc. It is applied in the cleaning house or prior to milling.     (5)
Dampener It softens the starchy "endosperm" portion of the wheat kernel, which will be separated out in the milling process to produce what is known as white flour. The addition of moisture also toughens the bran and ultimately reduces the energy input required to shatter the kernel, while at the same time avoiding the shattering of bran and germ particles to be separated out in this milling process by sieving or sifting.       (6)
 Pneumatic mill It is a device that breaks solid materials into smaller pieces by grinding, crushing, or cutting. This kind of mill is developed by our factory technicians. It is equipped with denti-wedge belt drive of slow and quick rollers.The faster and slower roller are designed in specific speed ratio. Material is grinded between these two rollers.       (7)
Double Bin Sifter
Double Bin Sifter is a milling machine that offers many advantages for sifting processes at high capacities. It provides large sifting area in very limited space. The maximum sifting area can be obtained by using different types of boxes. It is used to sift the broken and floury products and classify different kinds of grains.     (8)
High square plansifter Its is usually used for large scale capacity (usually more than 80 tons per day) grain sifting. The multilayer sieve surface constitutes certain sieve road, so the square plansifter can screen big, medium and small grits and separate grain flour. It can also screen other grain material.     (9)
Purifier
The machine is applied in the purification and grading of semolina and fine semolina in common wheat, durum wheat and corn (maize) mills.     (10)
Bran brusher
