  1.  Instruction Model WEW-300B servo tension test machine is designed of computer display manual control by valve, main engine controller separately fixed. It has the characteristics of operation amenity, working steady, high accuracy and loading steady. It can implement the experimentations such as the tensile, compression, bending, shearing etc. to the metal, nonmetallic composite materials.   2.  Structure Model WEW-300B servo tension test machine consists of an adjustable support (base, screw thread pole, moveable crossbeam (lower clamp set)) and a working frame (working oil tank, piston, platform, support crossbeam (upper clamp set)). Element of the machine: high-pressure oil pump supply oil to the working oil tank, the piston moves and press board and upper crossbeam to do stretch and press test. The stretch test is done in the space between upper crossbeam and movable crossbeam. The life motor, gear, chain drive rotate at a same speed to move the crossbeam.   3.  PC display universal testing machine introduction It is electro-hydraulic universal material testing and analysis system, has the functions of test the collected data, automatic analysis, print report and curve. Applicable to stretch, compress metal, compress cement, and concrete nonmetal materials tests. It is an ideal testing system for industrial and mining business, commerce arbitration institution, scientific research institution, colleges, construction project quality control institution and so on.   4.  Characteristics It adopts the four vertical pillars (2 columns and 2 lead screw) framework structure. It is of the more stable construction and the more guaranteed rigidity. It utilizes the hydraulic chuck sample automatic clamping. It employs the high precision pressure-operated sensor to measure the hydraulic force. It is of the high measuring accuracy and the wider range. It uses the high accuracy motion transducer. It adopts PCI wire control mode. It utilizes Windows XP operation system. It can be allocated with the touch screen which is more beneficial for the operation and control modes such as the constant rate force control, constant rate stress control, constant rate deformation control, constant rate stroke control, low cycle fatigue control, consumer self-programming control etc. It can draw the multiple experimental curves such as the force-deformation, force-shift, stress-strain, force-time and so forth. It can partially the experimental curve and hold the additive comparison to the multi-curves. It can automatically seek the multiple technical parameters such as elastic module E, upper yield strength ReH, lower yield strength REL, stipulated non-proportional elongation intensity Rr, tensile strength Rm, stipulated total elongation intensity Rt, yield point percentage elongation etc. It can also print the complete experimental report and curve.
