More details for welding turning roll machine
This welding rotator has two types including self alignment and adjustable. It can suit for the diffrence diameter tank within the range and achieve the stepless speed adjusting under the setted welding parameter, which has the good character as small noise on the transmission and steady rotation for the working table.
1.HGZ series:
It is mainly used in switching position of cyliner work piece, to get the ideal welding position and speed. It usually work matching with the equipments, like mainpulator and welding machines to form the auto-welding system. It also can be used in manual welding, assembling polishing and crack-defection, etc..
2.Detail information
(1) Rotators mainly consist of power unit, idler unit, electric control box and hand control panel.
(2) rotators (turning rolls) are used for the inside and outside circumferential and longitudinal welding.
(3) 20% overweight design, could making the rotator focus more.
(4)Each motors and Reducers have cover, careful design, ensure the SAFETY.
(5)All the parts using well-known brands in China or other countries. Quality is reliable.
(6) Speed control: Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)
