Water spray Retort Sterilizer

Applications:
The water spray retorts are well applicable for a wide range of thermal resistant packaging materials.

Features:

1. Sterilization of high temperature and short time.Minimum Indirect heating, efficient source saving. Direct heating and indirect cooling. No touch between cooling water and the process water,successfully avoiding secondary contamination;

2. Steam and atomized sterilizing water will directly exchange the heat in the autoclave. Steam heat can be 100% used, saved heat energy and gained the maximum energy utilization;

3. Low noise of the water rain retorts, creating a quiet and comfortable working environment;

4. Perfect pressure control, the whole production process of the pressure in constant adjustment, in order to adapt to the changes in the internal pressure of the product packaging, particularly suitable for the product with gas packaging;

6. There are two kinds of doors for your choice, namely top door and side door (optional);

7. Process water heating system (optional) to ensure that the heat - filled product is continuously heated;

8. The use of water to soften the water (optional) to avoid the use of water quality problems caused by external packaging of dirt;

9. Steam sterilization function (option);

10. The whole sterilization process adopts PLC fully automatic linearity control. Via the PLC control, the temperature difference of thermal distribution is limited within ±0.2°C. The autoclave sterilizers allow for multi-stage heating, effectively saving energy. It also has an additional F value recorder (optional), capable of storing 100 scheduled processes;
