Overview
Water softener with more valve system is designed and developed by our company according to the market demand for large flow softening water treatment. The system combines the discrete control valves, control distributors and concentrated dissolved salt devices together, which can run fully automatic to produce soften water. The system runs reliable with simple operation, convenient maintenance, good water quality. It is widely used in the occasions for big amount quantity of soften water needed.

Working Principle
CSSM series more valve softener system consists of diaphragm valves, distributors, switch controller to complete the valve switch and change of water flow. The controller acts on the preset program. Through the distributor it gives instructions to each valve switch on or off, so as to complete the whole process of softening and regeneration.
According to the requirement of the users and different water resources, the system can be designed to downflow and upflow regeneration process.

System Combination
Ion exchanger, resin, water distributors
Diaphragm valve: Pneumatic/hydraulic valves imported from Israel or the United States, engineering plastics and cast iron materials
Controller, distributor: Microcomputer controller, PLC man-machine interface controller, the operation is simple and convenient
Dissolving salt device: Using aeration method of dissolving salt, liquid salt treatment technology. It can solve the traditional problem that dissolved salt concentration is not dense enough, and the salt liquid is get away from dirty.

Characteristics
Supply optimal design according to the operation process, the actual water condition and the users' requirements
Can achieve the control down-flow or up-flow for fixed bed, also can achieve the control for floating bed
Flow control or hardness control regeneration startup mode available, suitable for different usages
Flow control mode: According to the periodic output water value which is calculated from the amount of resin and the raw water hardness parameters etc, when the total water flow accumulated reaches the preset value, it will startup the regeneration process
Hardness control mode: A hardness tester at water outlet installed. When the water hardness is more than the set value, it will startup the regeneration process.
Special dissolving salt and salt liquid processing technology, which ensures the good quality of the regeneration fluid.
High degree of automation, the man-machine dialogue interface display, easy to operate.
