The panel type flow meter is mainly made up of floating ball, guide rod, body and external connection, which has good corrosion resistance. The product also has the characteristics of reasonable structure, small volume, light weight, and the cone tube is not easy to be broken. The panel type organic glass rotor flowmeter can be widely used in water purification equipment, chemical industry, environmental protection, petroleum, medicine, food and other industrial sectors. It can also be used in laboratory and other scientific research.

Installation of panel flow meter

The flow meter should be installed vertically without obvious inclination, otherwise it is easy to cause measurement error. That is, the angle between the center line of the flowmeter and the plumb line should be less than 5 degrees.

The installation height of the panel flow meter should be approximately in line with the line of sight of the user, so as to facilitate the reading of the float height measurement. When reading, the line of sight should be horizontally aligned with the float measuring surface.

For the installation of panel flow meter, 5D straight pipe section (i.e. 5 times the diameter of the instrument) shall be ensured in the upstream and downstream inlet and outlet pipes. In this way, the measurement is relatively stable.

When measuring the panel flowmeter, it is also necessary to make the fluid pressure stable. If the fluid pressure is unstable, the float will fluctuate and the measurement can not be correct. Therefore, a buffer or a constant value device should be set at the upstream of the flowmeter.

In the measurement of panel flowmeter, the general standard is that the best flow rate is 50% - 70% of the maximum flow rate of the flowmeter, and the maximum value should not be used as far as possible. This is beneficial to the working stability and service life of the instrument.
