Print Conditions: 
Surface tension of Basic Materials:≥38 dyne

• Viscosity:4#  Zahn Cup  (25ºC)  25-27;
• PH between 8.2-9.3;
• Rollers and negative or chamber blades, with Anilox lines between 200 and 1200(LPI);
• Flexographic plate lines between 60 and 175(LPI);

Notice:

• Well whisked and stored before use, 20±5ºC, keep from freezing;
• Mixture with other inks of different brands forbidden, old inks can be mixed with the new only after filter;
• Water amount is very important, too much water may cause foam or mist in graphic of print;
• Cleanup is a must after a long interval when machine stops;
• High temperature or exposure to sunlight is forbidden, warranty term is ONE year.
